Each person may hold only one active account on prk98. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other name — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Your password should be unique to your prk98 account and should not be shared with anyone. prk98 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact prk98 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, prk98 requires identity verification. You will be required to provide a copy of your CNIC and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and is required for all accounts regardless of deposit size or withdrawal amount.

prk98 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and other mobile wallet methods listed in the payments section of your account. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are subject to change — always check the current payments page before initiating a deposit.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your prk98 account balance within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• prk98 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for any applicable fees on their end.
• Once a deposit has been credited to your prk98 balance, it cannot be reversed except in cases of clear error, which must be reported to support within 24 hours of the deposit.
• prk98 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals on accounts where a new or previously unverified deposit method has been used.

Withdrawals from prk98 are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your account. You can withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. The method you use to withdraw must be the same as the method you used to deposit, or an alternative must be approved by support.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (CNIC submission) before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account and is denominated in PKR.
• Any active bonus balance and its associated wagering requirement must be completed before the corresponding portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. Real money balance not connected to an active bonus can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimums.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Wagering is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins have an expiry window from the time they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account. Your real money balance is unaffected.

Every spin, draw or game round is entirely independent of all previous and future rounds. No pattern, system, strategy or external factor can predict or influence the outcome of any individual game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on prk98. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on prk98 under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with or manipulate the prk98 platform or its games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the prk98 platform, app or game software.
• Exploiting any technical error, miscalculation or software vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or using prk98 for money laundering in any form.

prk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering or any other activity that puts the integrity of the platform or other users at risk.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, any balance on the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where forfeiture is applied, prk98 will communicate the reason to the account holder.

You may request the closure of your own prk98 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

Accounts that are self-excluded cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
